1) Reservation is confirmed with recept of 1/2 totatl charges of payment in full. We accept checks or cash. Balance of payment is due prior to end of stay at the Wild Rose Cottage.

2) Pricing is based on single/double occupancy, two night stay.

3) CHECK- IN TIME IS 4:00 PM, unless prior arrangements are made. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM,

unless prior arrangements are made.

4) the Wild Rose Cottage is not responsible for accidents or injuries that might occur on the property.

5) Smoking is not permitted inside of the cottage. Smoking is permitted outside on the property if every consideration is taken for cigarette disposal.

6) Guest will be responsible for payment in full, or reimbursement of same to the Wild Rose Cottage for any and all damages to property and /or furnishings caused by misuse or negligence by a guest.

7) Double Occupancy is $ 145.00, definition is two guests sharing one bedroom . For additional bed /bedroom usage, a $45.00 additional fee will be levied for each additional person up to six head.
