YA CAN'T EAT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

You can wake to the fresh smell of hot Coffee a perkin' up  over an open fire, right beside our seventy year old Chuck wagon. Fill yer cup up with some of our  freshly ground Arbuckle's Coffee, and get yer mornin' a kickin', the cowboy way . This is the coffee that got many a Cowboy a goin' in the right direction for the last hundred years or so. After huntin' all over tarnation fer it , I'll be an egg suckin' mule, if I didn't find it. Yep!

Our Chuck wagon smoked breakfast is cooked  up in our camp jest like it was a hundred years ago. We offer up our freshly made pan sausage, cooked up over a bed of oak and mesquite coals. Smoked slab bacon can also be found on the same grill, a sizzelin' up its smoky flavor that  ya can taste with yer eyes long before ya eat 'er.

While yer a watchin' all of that a cookin', ya can pivot around  and get a whiff  of our Dutch  Oven biscuits, a bakin' up in the cast iron wonders also known as prairie ovens, look around and ya jest might see some drover eggs a bein' scrambled and seasoned up by the cookie. Or he jest might be a flippin' up some flap jacks or hoe cakes. Served up with our warm blends of molasses syrups and our homemade apricot and chili butters.  And if the cook didn't wake up on the wrong side of the pasture,  ya won't jest get an eat'n ride sorta breakfast. We can make up some of our fresh Amish pumpkin bread, served warm. It settles in right well with our cowboy cappuccino coffee. Our menu will vary when there's more than fifty people! Yep!

So in brief! We offer up, for yer dinning pleasure, PAN SAUSAGE, SMOKED SLAB BACON, BISCUITS, DROVER EGGS, FLAP JACKS, HOE CAKES/MOLASSES SYRUPS, APRICOT AND CHILI BUTTERS, AMISH'S PUMPKIN BREAD AND COWBOY CAPPUCCINO/ COWBOY  COFFEE YEP!
